Transportation Request

Transportation Services owns various types of vehicles: 13-passenger cutaway van, utility carts, sedans, trucks, and transit vans. Occasionally, other departments request the use of the vehicles with Transportation Services drivers.

Vehicles are not available for rental without Transportation Services drivers.

Reservation required 10 business days prior to event; alcohol not allowed in vehicles. Services available to university departments only.

Departments will be charged according to the Pricing Schedule.

There is a 4 hours continuous minimum for transportation.
